And so we have our male Trainer for the region, Bronze~

In parallel to Cobalt's energetic nature and bubblyness, Bronze is a quiet and reserved trainer. He's kind of awkward around girls and prefers not to fight them if at all possible. Just out of chivalry more than anything else.

I agree with the previous statements. Pokemon has - traditionally at least - kept ethnicity of the characters vague. Me and my gf were just talking about this the other week that it would be good to have a black main character for a change (I myself am also white, but a black main charcater wouldn't change my view of the game

)
