I wonder about the mythology these two have. according to one guy they're symblolic of the x and y chromozones. based on that, I think these two played some part in creation along with mew. just a theory

I've heard that Yveltal is based on a new sound type and Xerneas is based on new light type which will be in the game to be honest when I first saw them I based them off the x and y chromosomes which are found in every living species

now Im not sure why Yveltal has that awkward fluff at the back of it's neck
but I like it, let's just hope he doesn't get stomped too easily by other Legendaries such as Mewtwo.

Ya know of all the animals Pokemon hasnt made yet, they havent made a Cockroach pokemon. I dont know why, Cockroach would make a good Poison, or Ghost, or maybe even Dark Type pokemon. i noticed this after seeing the pokedex of all existing pokemon.
